The Implementation
Team is driven by the belief that every New Testament church should have
a heart for and a plan to "multiply" its witness and ministry by birthing new
churches.
The Implementation Team exists to glorify God by
assisting its partners to find missional solutions to their church plantin
opportunities among all peoples. The focus of the team is on Peoples & Places.
The vision of the Implementation Team is to see a day when every Southern
Baptist church responds to the Great Commission by starting at least one healthy
church annually!

strategies for leading your churches, associations, state convention and/or
fellowship(s) to start new churches;
training existing
churches to become multiplying churches through refocused training
facilitating
Multiplying Church Networks and support groups.
